You can see it from any angle, you tell the soldiers where to go, you watch them engage in hand to hand combat and use magical spells against one another.Sound a little unbelievable or like something from the future?Using augmented reality technology along with a few iPhones or iPod touches, the OggBoard makes this scenario a reality. Essentially, the OggBoard, combines the best of board and strategy games (chess, Dungeons and Dragons, Mage Knights, Risk…) with the graphics and interactivity of computer and console gaming. It isn’t holographics, but it is the stepping stone to holographic gaming and it is possible today. The OggBoard really is the next generation in board gaming.
