MotionBeam : The MotionBeam project explores the use of handheld projectors to interact and control projected characters. Physical movement of the projection device, much like a motion controller, is used to guide and interact with the character. This creates a unified interaction style where sensor input and projector output are tied together within a single device.

This is a demo of the Augmented Reality Berkeley app where the user can point the camera at any building in UC Berkeley to identify the buildings. When the user click on the building name in the app, the app would change to an information page where the user can view historical information about the building. There is also an map view where the user can pick (1 or more) UC Berkeley Building[s]. Then the map view would show where the selected buildings are in the map as well as the relative distance between the buildings and the current location of the user. When the user move, the user location will updates accordingly. This app also have a directory view, where contains all the UC Berkeley Buildings. The user can search for a UC Berkeley Building. When he click on the selected building, it would bring him to the information page. From the information page, the user can choose to either go back, go to the map view this the current building, or switch to the AR camera view. (This video is taken by me and edited by my teammate)

FUSE is an interactive drawing installation that brings escapism, joy & sociability to the shoppers at Pacific Centre by creating a pleasurable experience in a space where people least expect it.
With a $6500 budget given by Pacific Centre, my project partner, Jimmy Sze, and I created this interactive installation to allow people at Pacific Centre to unwind from their repetitive and stressful daily life, tap into their curiosity, creativity and playfulness, and shift the way they interact with the people and space around them.
Customers at Pacific Centre will receive an augmented reality marker when they make a purchase at any retailer. By standing and displaying these markers in front of FUSE's interactive screen, customers will find their markers immediately transformed into a virtual painting tool. Unlike other interactive drawing wall on the market, FUSE allows people to draw in 3-dimensions and creates a augmented environment.

Doing the fitting with AR 3D dress and the hat as long as this video is seen seems to have impossibility. At least, something will have to be made a marker, to rub arrangement and the size, and to rub the control automatically. As for the point using Kinect, it is an expectation size.
