Spending some of my leisure time today, playing with my android device working on augmented reality toolkit, I'm little high on this topic. Thinking about augmented reality in daily life is one of the innovations of its own. Till today, you might have played a video game, typically a shooter game, where you are shooting a duck with your gun by use of gestures. But this was till today, what about tomorrow..?

Well, the Aspect of Augmented Reality (AR) is quickening a clinch in real life since when we got smartphones in market. The aspect is indented in making up real life being more annotated with information subject to the context and ambience you're in. Smartphones have this ability by hardware/software like Accelerometers, Gyroscopes, Camera's, and GPS agglomerated into it.

The invisible Volkswagen Golf R-Design was presented on a Tuning Show in Budapest. Visitors were able to see the car only with the newly launched iPad2 or ZTE tablet at the hostesses or with their own android/iOS phones

Fraunhofer IPMS is first off the blocks yet again with their latest thingamajic – the first OLED microdisplay-based eyetracking Head Mounted Device (HMD) in the world over at SID 2011. The Fraunhofer IPMS has been working on integrating both sensors and microdisplays on the CMOS backplane for some time now (running into several years), so it makes perfect sense for something like this eyetracking HMD to be part of the fruit of their labors.
