On the well known Tuning Show in Budapest, Hungarian creative development agency, AR Works presented “The Invisible Volkswagen Golf R-Design”. Visitors of the show were able to view the car only using junaio on the newly launched iPad2, ZTE tablet or with their own android/iOS phones.

At the level of this video, I think that it is difficult to become even purchase. I think that it is serious to do and to produce 3D model in the much more in the individual. However, the shopping center using the technology of AR is to appear without fail. AR that improves the motive of purchase to say nothing of the one of an excellent quality to which even purchase can do the conversion in the fashion system already exists.

このビデオのレベルでは、購入にまで行き着かせるのは難しいと思う。ましてや個人で3Dモデルを制作するのは大変だと思う。しかし、ARの技術を使用したショッピングセンターは必ず登場することだろう。既にファッション系では購入までコンバージョンできる優れた品質のものはもちろん、購入の動機を高めるARは存在する。

The photograph is taken, and the eye location and the position of the mouth are adjusted in front of the screen. The make-up can be simulated with an eye line tool and an eye shadow tool of the screen now. The make-up seems to consist of considerably natural feeling when this video is seen. 

最初に画面に向かって写真を撮り、目の位置や口の位置を調整する。後は画面のアイラインツールやアイシャドウツールを使用してメイクのシミュレーションが出来るというもの。このビデオを見る限りでは、かなり自然な感じでメイクが出来ているように見える。

運転席と助手席には撮影した自分の写真を3Dの自動車に合成できるので、まるで自分が運転しているように見える。そして、サイトに用意されているハンドルの役割をするARマーカーを印刷してARゲームを実行。ドライビングゲームが楽しめるというもの。ゲームの得点をSNS上にアップして他の人と競うことが出きるようになっている。

教育でもARは新しい体験を提供してくれる。ホワイトボードの上にwebcamが取り付けられており、四面体の各面に貼られたARマーカーで、ARを実行するようだ。(リンク先のページと画像が削除されていました) 

 Augmented reality in the classroom is developing very quickly. A growing number of Schools, Colleges and Universities are turning classroom lessons/ lectures into engaging experiences with Augmented Reality, a technology that overlays digital information on top of real world surroundings.
Supporters of this technology suggest augmented reality enhances a person’s perception of his or her surroundings… That sounds like the perfect complement for interactive and engaging lessons.

So where to next? We will keep using Guubes within our lessons. As they have proved successful it would be silly not to. This is not a new fad. It is something that will grow and grow, especially within education. Our teachers will be building Guubes use into lesson plans when appropriate and looking to see how Augmented Reality technology develops. It is a pleasure to know that this technology will only further enhance the children’s educational experiences as time goes on… What a great time to be involved in Education!
