週刊の青年コミック雑誌でARとは…どんな驚きを見せてくれるのだろうか。

小学館の青年コミック誌『ビッグコミック スピリッツ』は、8月30日発売号から2号にわたって、「AR（拡張現実）体感企画 “とび出す!!スピリッツ!!”」をBEAMSとコラボレーション展開する。

　誌上に掲載されているARマーカーコードをパソコンのウェブカメラやiPhoneを使って読み取ることによって、同誌の歴代連載作品の中から選ばれた30作品のキャラクターが、誌面から立体的に出現し「とび出す!漫画」を体感することができる。

- It is an advertising delivery of the newspaper article synchronization type using the AR marker with high recognition accuracy that is called A-CLIP.

A-CLIPと呼ばれる認識精度が高い　ARマーカーを使用した新聞記事連動型の広告配信の仕組みがバージョンアップした。


株式会社博報堂DYメディアパートナーズ　テクノロジー・ミライ・ワークスとクウジット株式会社が、新聞広告に記載された専用のARマーカーを直接認識させることで、スマートフォンに動画広告を配信するサービス「A-CLIP」（エークリップ）をバージョンアップさせた「A-CLIP ver.2.0」を開発した。
画像認識技術を活用したスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「A-CLIP」を通じて、新聞広告に記載された特定のマークをスマートフォンのカメラで撮影すると、広告掲載商品、ブランドに関連した映像・音声コンテンツをすぐに楽しむことができるサービス。

We applied mixed reality (MR) consist of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technology, in which electronically-generated dynamic 3D images are superimposed on the actual space in front of the surgeon, on the patient's operative field or the surface of the abdomen, and evaluated such a system as a reference for surgical navigation and education.
First we performed MDCT and generated anatomical VR imaging using DICOM viewer OsiriX and previewed on the patient body surface of the operative field from the projector as MR navigation.
Our image overlay surgical navigation system OsiriX provided accurate image guided navigation for minimally invasive surgery.

開腹手術、内視鏡下手術の正確性・安全性・低侵襲性向上を目的に, Image overlay による立体的手術支援システムを構築した.
MDCTによる臓器血管volume dataをOsiriXにて術中renderingし, 術野へ重畳表示(Augmented reality)および投影(Mixed reality)した. この支援画像をwirelessに術野変化へ補正させた.
皮膚から臓器へrenderingできるOsiriX systemの導入により, registrationを体表ランドマーキングにてmarkerless化し, 術者のwireless操作による直感的なnavigationとして解剖認識が高まった. 整合後の重畳表示投影は,誤差10mm範囲内で,鏡視下手術における手指視覚協同を改善した. 皮膚切開を最小限にし、的確な切開範囲、切開位置が得られ、低侵襲性を向上した。

A- Visionの姉妹会社がTIMES紙向けに４つのARを提供。紙面とPC連動型のAR。
※トータルイマージョン社が、世界のAR業界に対して考案・提案した「ARマーク」が掲載されている。

A-Vision's sister company, Pimento Vision, has been commissioned by Sky Arts to create a ground breaking experience that every reader of this Saturday's 'The Times' newspaper will see.

Pimento Vision specialises in the pioneering technology known as Augmented Reality; which sees 3D special effects combine with live, real time footage, on screen.

World renowned photographer Ian Rankin has produced a series of photographs for Sky Arts that express his own interpretation of the channel's output, these will also feature on billboards around the country.

Readers of this Saturday's 'The Times' newspaper will receive a set of four prints from Rankin's latest collection, and will be invited to visit 'The Times' website to experience a photo gallery like they have never before.

Pimento Vision doesn't want to give too much away about their latest nationwide, augmented reality showstopper, but A-Vision is certainly looking forward to a weekend newspaper with a difference.

Ghost Hunt (ゴーストハント) という　iPhone 用の位置情報と拡張現実の技術を使用したゲーム。iPhoneを手に持ち、カメラから覗いてゴーストを探しだす。ヘッドホンを装着していることろを見ると、効果音やナレーションが流れ、よりゲームが楽しめる仕組みになっているのだろう。
今回は、プロモーションのため、スコットランドのフォークランド宮殿で行われたイベント。家族連れで、女性や小さな子供も含め250人以上が参加したということ。

Augmented reality is taken to the next, all-immersive level in Keiichi Matsuda's film, recently presented at London's 3D Film Festival at the Barbican. The architecture graduate and filmmaker has imagined a future world overlaid with digital information, whose built environment can be transformed at the touch of a few buttons. 'The architecture of the contemporary city is no longer simply about the physical space of buildings and landscape,' says Matsuda. 'More and more it is about the synthetic spaces created by digital information that we collect, consume and organise; an immersive interface may become as much part of the world we inhabit as the buildings around us.'

The world's first ever Immersive Technology Summit will be held at the Los Angeles Center Studios (LACS) on October 21st, 2010.

iPhoneでjunaio(by metaio)を起動し、サプリメント雑誌の表紙や各ページをカメラで表示すると、連動する動画が再生されたり、噴出しを重ねて表示するというもの。取り立てて新しくはないが、対応出来るのは位置情報だけではないというjunaioの可能性を感じさせる。
