Let's enjoy dancing at the same time all together. It is AR application of the plan.
A unique shared experience in the globally connected augmented reality space. Joing this 8 move dance choreography with the "Dance" layar activated on your smartphone and follow the guidance of the compass/gyroscope based moving augment. http://sndrv.nl/dance
AR application program executed from DVD of attachment with Web camera of PC. The AR marker is printed on each page, and the experience type picture book that can be interactively enjoyed by sitting in the Web camera.
The number of AR picture books seems to have increased little by little all over the world. The classification of AR picture book will be done sooner or later.
The demonstration using iPad2 is introduced by the first scene. However, the AR marker who did the character of "Person" to the center when often seeing.

It is AR game that makes the AR marker a trigger and operates. However, most is a game screen on the screen of iPhone. I think that it cannot say with the AR game.

The Blue Mars Mobile team just released another update with some significant enhancements including the mixed reality feature documented in my video. They're doing a stellar job of rapidly cranking out new capabilities that are fun, fast and easy.
At first thought, this topic seems to be a diversion from Monday's pledge to "rise above the ground clutter and think about the virtual world from a more expansive and inclusive perspective." But it is perfect starting point to discuss of how we typically get stuck within conceptual boxes about how avatar-centric software should be developed.

This is cool. It seems to be interesting in such the future except the individual information so and so. It is likely to be able to achieve it by using transmission type light HMD or the AR contact lens.

This is an interactive application for E-Learning especially for kids. Here kids would be able to learn English alphabets, improve general knowledge, play puzzles, learn about different musical instruments in an easy and effective way which would also create interest in learning.

May 4, 2011
Presented by Zdenek Kalal.
ABSTRACT
I will be talking about an algorithm that I have developed during my PhD thesis and which recently become popular on the internet: http://goo.gl/rC5Xj. The algorithm is called Predator and it is a visual tracker that has the property to improve its own performance during run-time. This is achieved by designing a feedback which is in computer vision not common. I will cover the journey that lead to the development of Predator, comment on the implementation and suggest potential directions for future research
About the Speaker
Zdenek Kalal is a stubborn and hardworking person that enjoys working on problems, the solution of which may have high impact. His education started in Czech Republic, where he absolved business high school and later entered Czech Technical University to study control theory. His master thesis, dealing with face detection, was awarded the Prize of the Dean. In 2007, he started his PhD at the University of Surrey, UK. He focused on self-improving real-time vision algorithms and published 5 research papers at international computer vision conferences. His research effort was recognized by the UK ICT Pioneer 2011 prize which resulted in a significant attention from hackers, artists, universities up to top companies. Zdenek has released the source code of his PhD thesis and maintains a supporting discussion group with nearly 600 members to date. He is currently a postdoc at EPFL in Switzerland where he works on augmented reality applications.

Cartoon Network is giving kids an unprecedented chance to check if their bodies are hosting nanites -- microscopic machines -- via a new augmented reality (AR) application created for its awesome new series, Generator Rex.
For the first time ever kids can participate and test themselves for nanites -- which in the series have invaded every living being -- in two exciting ways. Either log on to the Cartoon Network website or through the Cartoon Network Facebook page to start the scan. Either way, kids can then load the resulting videos on to YouTube or Facebook to share with their friends.

Some demonstrations using Android Tablet and iPad2 of metaio Co.. Not only mere play but also a lot of practicable use scenes are explained. Danika of the smile is always leading part's film of metaio.
While tablet computing may in future transform the whole computer industry, it is already changing the way we look at augmented reality. And this is not only because of the big display. More and more different devices for multiple OS platforms are expected to appear on the market, equipped with advanced sensors such as high-resolution cameras. The cost of data roaming is likely to drop and considering the millions of people expected to buy such a device in the next few years, there are incentives enough for optimizing augmented reality (AR) tablet software and to start creating really useful and fascinating applications taking full advantage of the promising, new capabilities. metaio, with its junaio 2.6 release, a junaio plug-in for third party app integration, and the revised mobile AR SDK Unifeye 2.5, is well prepared and ready to go for the next generation of AR applications.
We would like to especially thank www.vanija.ch and www.kreativagentur-thomas.de for their great support on the groundbreaking demos and applications.
