On the 24th of March 2011, TAB Worldmedia launched an exclusive augmented media project for the 10th year anniversary of the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam.
Several weeks before the event V.I.P. guests received a personal augmented invitation from the Managing Director. At the event the guest were given an augmented welcome at the entrance. 15 hosts from Heineken Music Hall were dedicated to introduce the guests to an augmented photo exhibition. Almost 100 exclusive concert photos (2x3m) are part of a mobile popquiz and about 10 concert photos are given an extra augmented treat with Junaio augmented reality.

Self-Guided Mobile Tours Bring to Life the Historic Events of the Epic War Between the States
TravelBrains (http://www.travelbrains.com),the leading publisher of self-guided audio tours to Civil War battlefields, recently published the first ever Augmented Reality tour of a Civil War battlefield. Augmented Reality (AR) is a revolutionary technology for smartphones that combines real images with computer-generated images. For example, the Gettysburg AR tour allows the visitor to view Abraham Lincoln standing in front of the Gettysburg Visitor Center. They can even take a photo of him or herself standing next to Lincoln.

Red Bull came to Circ.us to imagine a concept whereby augmented reality could be leveraged in conjunction with their 12 packs to create a racing game. After a great deal of ideation, Circ.us came up with a concept that leveraged the cans as essential components in a user-generated racing game community. Once that concept was in hand, Circ.us contacted their augmented reality/computer vision platform of choice, Metaio. Having had a great experience working with Metaio on the US's first markerless augmented reality initiative on iPhone for Ben and Jerry's, Circ.us knew that Metaio could help figure out what, at the time, was merely a creative concept.

A brief overview of our proposed (but under development) Sullivan's Cove Augmented Reality Interface. This is one outcome of our Geeks-in-Residence program with the Salamanca Arts Centre and the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra. It will be tied-in to the development of the National Broadband Network, as it is potentially reliant upon high-bandwidth networking (both wired and wireless), both for delivery of datatypes and scalability of user-interaction to many mobile devices.
At this stage the outline is ambitious, but we anticipate getting a pilot together in the next few months.

The other night I found myself distracted, unable to write more than a few bars of music. Finally, shortly before dawn, I located the source of my restlessness and embraced it, offering it into the Light/Fire. What else to do but make a video? This is the first marriage of flame & light using the augmented reality-based software, the LightNucleus. A great deal of my performance has revolved around agents of change/transformation.
